DCI Self Cleaning Grizzly
DCI’s Self-Cleaning Grizzly is installed before the crusher to allow the material that does not need crushing to by-pass the crushing process. Each application varies and DCI’s Grizzly system is designed and manufactured to meet the needs of the customer. Some applications may require additional chute work to be installed.

DCI has installed a grizzly that works in conjunction with a flop gate so that when flopped one direction the grizzly is in operation and when flopped the other direction the grizzly is sealed off with wear plate and becomes a bypass.

The main feature of the grizzly is the hardened bars that use no moving parts to clean the grizzly.  They are specifically shaped and welded into position to eliminate plugging of material. The reduced wear on the internal crusher parts result in savings to the customer.
